Frequently Asked Questions

Notice: 

Albion Street Group Practice and Park Medical Practice are considering becoming one partnership, but continuing to operate from two separate clinical sites for now.  Patients will still access all their usual care at the practice at which they are currently registered (ie there are no changes to the place where patients access their care). Please see the document "Frequently asked questions"  for more details' This will be discusses again at the next patient Participation Group meetings in each practice.
