The surgery is closed for staff training on the 3rd Thursday of each month between 1-3.30pm.
Repeat medications: electronic prescriptions
We would like to encourage our patients who are on repeat medications, to register for a service that allows your prescription to be automatically sent to a nominated pharmacy of your choice.
This means you can go directly to the pharmacist to collect and order your prescriptions. The practice or the pharmacy can enable this for you. Please remember you will still need to see your doctor for regular medication reviews. Please talk to someone in practice if you would like more information.
Baby Clinics Announcement
Due to a shortage of Health Visitors and more effective team working please note the following changes:
From 7th September 2016 there will be NO Thursday baby clinic at Albion Street. Instead, Baby clinics will be held at Surrey Docks Health Centre 12-13 Blondin Way (off Downtown Road) Rotherhithe SE16 6AE on Wednesdays 1-3pm. These are purely for weighing and advice.
There are no Tuesday Baby Clinics.
Currently there is no change to immunisations which are being carried out at Albion Street. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns please talk to the Health Visiting team on 020 3049 7100.
Detailed Care Records
'We are able to offer access to your detailed care record. In order to take advantage of this you will need to complete a short form and bring along photo and address ID.'

All patients have been allocated a named doctor. If you are not sure who this is, please contact reception outside of triage times (8:30-10am and 15:00-16:00pm). This does not mean you have to see this doctor, you are free to see whichever doctor you choose providing they have available appointments.
