Frequently Asked Questions

Notice: 

Albion Street Group Practice and Park Medical Practice are considering becoming one partnership, but continuing to operate from two separate clinical sites for now.  Patients will still access all their usual care at the practice at which they are currently registered (ie there are no changes to the place where patients access their care). Please see the document "Frequently asked questions"  for more details' This will be discusses again at the next patient Participation Group meetings in each practice.

Dates of future  Albion Street Group meetings are:

Tuesday 30th April 6:30pm

Tuesday 30th July 6:30pm

Thursday 7th November 2pm

You can now see a GP or other healthcare professional at the extended primary care hub during:

- Weekday evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm

- Saturdays and Sundays

How do I get an appointment?

Simply contact your GP practice in the usual way. If you are unwell and your practice is closed, call NHS 111 or online at 111.nhs.uk

If you require a same day or next day appointment, a doctor or nurse will assess you over the telephone and provide advice, refer to another service or book an appointment at the Extended Primary Care Service.

8am – 8pm, seven days a week, including bank holidays

Appointments are delivered from two locations in Southwark, but our patients are usually referred to Spa Medical Centre's hub.
