Try the new NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use Patient access, Evergreen, Life, Dimec or My GP app you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well. For more information go to

There are now a large range of health related apps available. Check your app store for options but please ask us if you need advice.

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients may request repeat prescriptions authorised on their computer list.

Please post or leave the computer slip at the surgery and allow 2 working days for completion. You may collect it, have it delivered to a local pharmacy after completing a form supplied by them or have it posted to you, if you supply a stamped self-addressed envelope. You may also nominate a local Pharmacist for your prescriptions to be sent electronically.

You can also request repeat prescriptions from the link at the top of this page (registration required). Please check the website 24 hours after ordering as we will leave a message for you if we are unable to issue the prescription.

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
